SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY


 

1. Order Processing Time & Domestic Shipping

Free Domestic Shipping (Turkey): We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for all orders delivered within Turkey.

The total time from order placement to delivery consists of two components: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

  • Standard Processing Time (Non-Custom Items): All standard, non-personalized orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days.

  • Custom Art Processing Time: Due to the personalized and unique nature of our calligraphy, custom-designed items require additional time for artistic creation, review, and preparation. Please allow 5-10 business days for custom items to be processed before shipment.


 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the carrier and service level selected.

Express International 3–7 Business Days Recommended for premium or time-sensitive orders.

Note on International Shipments: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They do not include unforeseen customs processing delays, which are beyond our control.


 

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • isim is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • isim will not refund any orders where the customer refuses to pay import duties or customs fees, resulting in the package being returned to the sender or destroyed.


 

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email once your order has been successfully placed.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


 

5. Damage and Loss Policy (Critical for Art)

We take full responsibility for ensuring your custom art arrives in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Refund Policy, Section 3 for immediate assistance. You must retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the carrier to inspect, as we will file a claim on your behalf.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed "Delivered" by the carrier but the customer claims non-receipt, isim is not responsible for refunding or replacing the item. The customer should file a report with the local courier or post office. If a package is stuck in transit or confirmed "Lost" by the carrier, we will promptly send a replacement after the claim process is complete.


 

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided. If the address is incorrect, the package is returned to us, and the customer wishes to re-ship the order, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
