RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. General Return Eligibility
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Exclusions: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.
2. FINAL SALE: Personalized and Custom-Designed Art
Due to the unique, personal, and artistic nature of our calligraphy products, we adhere to a STRICT FINAL SALE policy for all items that include custom names, specific dates, or any personalized text provided by the customer.
Products included in FINAL SALE:

All custom name posters and canvases.

Any product with unique text or dates customized at the customer's request.
Conditions for Custom Art:

No Refunds for Change of Mind: We cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind, realize you ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product.

Errors in Text: If an error in the calligraphy (spelling or design) occurs due to our mistake, we will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a full refund. If the error is based on the spelling or information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for a replacement fee.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take utmost care in packaging our fine art products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must notify us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at info@isim.site.

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and the original shipping packaging.

Upon verification, we will promptly send a replacement product at no additional charge. We typically do not require the damaged item to be returned.
4. Process for Approved Returns (Non-Custom Items)

Initiation: Contact us at info@isim.site to start the return process.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (Section 3). We do not offer exchanges for sizing or color preference, especially for custom art. If you need to exchange an item for a non-custom product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
